I was the school nurse at Weston High School when Emmett was a student there. I am so sorry for his families loss. Much too young to die. I remember him as a great kid who rode that bus early in the AM and later at night to get home. Determined and committed to his education and sports.

I am so, so sorry for your loss. Lennon and I were in the same home room in Weston 7th and 8th grade. He truly had the best smile and we always raced at gym. Rest In Peace Lennon--another star in the sky. 🙏🏻
Message from Thomas Peeples (WHS Class '88 - METCO)

It is with great sorrow that I write these simple words. As with many of the other METCO family members, I grew up with Lenon in a truly unique educational environment. The struggles we shared and the obstacles we had to overcome, helped shape us into the people we became. I remember Lenon from as early as 2nd grade being larger than life itself (Country Elementary School). Please accept my deepest condolences in this difficult time.
