So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. John 16:22

Grandma will miss you. Give my son, a hug from me. Kiss Joyce on the cheek.
I am praying for you all. Put God first and keep each close.

23 Psalms
The Lord is my Shepard; I shall not want.
He maketh me lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou prepares to table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runeth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. Amen

Love always Grandmother Irene

I'm going strong fighting but hurting at the same time. We were going to celebrate our birthdays together this month. But God's plan was for you to complete his way home. You're home now with mom and dad and sean and grandma and uncle Roy. I will watch after my nieces and nephews. Love always your brother Dereck Lee

As being around the family for over 30 years. I do not never remember seeing Lisa without a smile. Even when she was not feeling well and you said hello to her she still gave you that beautiful smile. Lisa will truly be missed but never forgotten.
God Bless to the family (her children especially). Just remember to keep all the beautiful memories of your mom the beautiful woman that she was and will always be.

I met Lisa through my current wife. She was a family friend then and will always be one. Her laughter and energy was very contagious. Always with a smile.

Though years passed, I still held memories of when we all went to Janet Jackson concert (Lisa, Simona, Kevin and I) - we had a great time. We were young but thought we were the shit going in style in a limo.

I remember the many days/nights on Stoughton street when Simona and I would look out the window and Lisa was screaming for her brothers, Dereck and Sean to "get in the house". LMAO. Lisa was always in control.

She was loved, admired but most of all respected.

She will be missed.

To the surviving family, especially her kids - grandkids.... Please know that Lisa will always have a place in my heart. She was unofficially (but officially to me) my daughters God mother.

Rest in peace, Lisa. I know you're smiling down right now. That's what you do! 💞❤️
