Willie was Born 25th of February 1948 in St. Petersburg, Florida to the late Fannie Mae Pettiway and the late Willie Green (Sr). He leaves his Devoted Wife of 25 years Patricia (Pat) Boyce-Green. Willie has joined his Sister and Brother Lisa and Ronnie Green. He leaves his Sister Lois Oglesby and Brother Robert-Lee Petteway.
Willie is survived by his 6 children Angela Houston, Cynthia Walker, Micheal Green, Ronnie Green, Krystal Close and Korey Close. Son-in-law Patrick Walker, Daughter's-in-law Chante Thomas and Melanie Carballo 13 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. As well as a host of Neice's and Nephew's
Willie Devoted his life to Preaching as he was a Baptist Minister and always had words of wisdom and Prayers for anyone he would come across. While in Massachusetts Willie made his living as a mechanic at Biondis Service Center, and after worked with Volunteers of American as a Juvenile Correction Officer. Willie was struck with illness in 2013, but was eager to be here for his family until the Lord called him home August 9, 2022.
Willie enjoyed action packed movies and playing with his Grandson RJ. He loves baking, playing wii golf with his Wife and making his round of phone calls to his family and friends. He will truly be missed by all who were Blessed to have known him and would also want us to remember all the great times and the moments that brought smiles to our faces.
Services for Mr. Willie E. Green Jr. will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022, at the 1st United Methodist Church 103 Pleasant Street Stoughton, MA will be viewing hours for 10:00Am followed by a funeral service for 11:00AM at the Church. Proceeding the services will be interment at Melrose Cemetery in Brockton, MA. Arrangements for entrusted to the George Lopes Funeral Home 647 Main Street Brockton, MA 02301
