Ms. Louise (Elouise) Russ of Dorchester, Massachusetts passed peacefully on March 21, 2023 in Boston.

She was born in Ridgeland, South Carolina to Willie and Sadie Frazier.

Ms. Louise was a beloved wife to the late James Russ, loving mother, grand mother, and friend to many.
