Helen Mitchell

The beloved Mrs. Helen Mitchell of Boston, Massachusetts passed peacefully on February 10, 2020 at home, surrounded by her loving family. 

She was the daughter to the late Essie (Petty) Elmore. Loving wife to the late Kermit Mitchell. She is a caring mother, grandmother, aunt, friend. She leaves a host of family members to cherish her memories. 

Visitation with family on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 11-12 noon at George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.

Celebration of Life Service will start at 12 noon also from the funeral home,. Services will be lead by the Reverend Laura Reyes of United Baptist Church, Jamaica Plain, MA. 

Final resting place will be Oak Lawn Cemetery, 427 Cummins Highway, Roslindale, MA 02131.
