Young, Silas Zandy passed peacefully on January 11, 2019 Beloved husband to Betty K. Young.
Loving father to Tiarra and Jonathan Young. Father figure to Ashley Kershaw, Tracey and Dorothy Good.
He leaves six grandchildren and his dear siblings Florence Gooden, Willie Young, Lillie Sumpter, Mary Porcher, Florrie Good, Paul Young, Patricia White, Charles Young and Janet Wallace.
He is predeceased by his parents Olin Young Sr. and Pauline H. Young. He is also predeceased by his siblings Olin Young Jr, and Sarai Gates.
Visitation with family will be on January 22, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Tabernackle Church, 70 Washington St Boston, Massachusetts 02121
Celebration of Life service will start at 11:00 AM also a the Holy Tabernackle Church, 70 Washington St Boston, Massachusetts 02121
Interment will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery, Mattapan, MA
