Mateo, Jose Fernandez of Providence, Rhode Island passed unexpectedly at home on May 10, 2018.

Beloved son to Jose Joaquin Fernandez and Quilsi Mateo Rodriguez, he also leaves his step father Jose Cruz. 

Loving husband to Chavely Guerrero. He leaves his children Justin and Janelly. He will be missed by a host of caring relatives and friends. 

Visitation with family on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 6-7 PM at New Beginning Ministry / Ministerio Nuevo Comienzo, 15 Freeport Way, Dorchester, MA 02122.

Celebration of Life Service will start at 7 PM also from the church. 

Burial will be on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 meet at 10 AM at George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.
