DaSilva, Jose Cruz Barbosa born in Fogo, Cabo Verde, passed peacefully on December 1, 2019 in Boston, Massachusetts surrounded by his family.
He was the beloved son to Adelino and Laura Cruz, both from Cabo Verde.
Loving father to Laura Gomes DaSilva, Madjer Bruno Gomes DaSilva, Maria Jose Gomes Goncalves and Tiago Jose Gomes DaSilva. Blessed to have three grandchildren. He also leaves a host of loving family and friends to cherish his memories.
Visitation with family will be on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from 6-9 PM at St. Patrick Church, 400 Dudley Street, Roxbury, MA.
Funeral Mass will be Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 10 AM also from the church. Interment will follow to New Calvary Cemetery, Walk Hill Street, Mattapan, MA.
