Iva Miranda

Miranda, Iva originally from Fogo, Cabo Verde passed peacefully in Boston, Massachusetts on November 10, 2019 surrounded by her devoted family. 

Beloved daughter to the late Manuel Gomes Miranda and Amelia Fontes.

She was predeceased by one child Pedro, she will be missed dearly by her other children; Manuel “Fidjinho”, Antonia, Connie, Antonio, Alvaro “Duta”, Lenita, Andre and Jose “Ze”.

She also leaves 41 Grandchildren, 65 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to cherish her memories. 

Visitation will be on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 4-8 PM at St Peter's Parish, 311 Bowdoin St, Boston, MA 02122

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 starting at 10:00 AM also from the church.

Interment will follow to Cedar Grove Cemetery, 920 Adams St, Dorchester Center, MA 02124
