Fowlkes, Anthony Thomas of Fitchburg, MA passed on December 8, 2017. Beloved son to Joe T. Fowlkes and Rosa M. Fowlkes. 

Dear father to Shante Denise Fowlkes, Anthony  Nakai Fowlkes and Austin Thomas Fowlkes. Blessed to have three grandchildren. 

Loving brother to Melvin Fowlkes, Kevin Fowlkes, Regina Clark, Jasmin Lundy, Quiana Lundy and Donna Lundy. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 2-3 PM at George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.

Celebration of Life Service will start at 3PM also from the funeral home. Private interment will be through St. Michael Crematory.
